How long does delivery take?
We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select orders. You will see this option at checkout based on your pin code.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I exchange a product?

How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep away from water, perfume, and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

Are the products as shown in the photos?
We strive for accurate representation. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Is it safe to pay online on KRITNAARI?
Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and powered by Shopify Payments.
