At KRITNAARI, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

⏰ Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Having the seal intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same or different product of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising a return request.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at kritnaari@rediffmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will share the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  4. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
